ForgedA Program for Men

Discipline · Accountability · Work

Become the man your future depends on.

Forged is a development program for men who are done drifting.

No shortcuts, no noise — only deliberate work, real accountability, and the standards that change a life.

Est. for the long road

You already know what you've been avoiding.

You feel it in the quiet hours. The gap between the man you are and the man you keep promising yourself you'll become. You've read the books, made the lists, started over more times than you'd admit. And still the ground beneath you feels soft.

This is not another burst of motivation that fades by Thursday. It is the slow, deliberate work of becoming someone you respect — built on standards you keep when no one is watching, and on the people who refuse to let you shrink back.

You will be asked to show up when it is inconvenient. To do the thing you said you would do. To be honest about where you are, so you can finally move from it. None of it is comfortable. All of it is yours to carry.

The question is not whether you can change. It is whether you are ready to stop waiting for the right moment and begin. That moment is this one. Step in.

The Founders

Tyrone

Co-Founder

Tyrone built Forged because he needed it and it didn't exist.

He came out of a highly dysfunctional marriage — alcohol on both sides, real damage done. He used drinking to cope with what it had become, and lost his job, his sons, and his freedom — twice. He got sober on December 15, 2024. He spent his remaining savings on six months of rent upfront — an apartment set up for his sons from day one — and then spent nearly a year applying for work with no income. When the six months ran out, he did what he had to do.

He is now a software engineer earning $200,000 a year, on track to have his sons with him full time, and 18 months sober. He is the proof of concept.

Daniel

Co-Founder & Program Director

Daniel has been sober for ten years. Before that, he was incarcerated in a hardcore Toronto environment for a significant stretch.

He built his life from nothing, with no safety net. He brings that into everything Forged does — the curriculum, the program philosophy, what real accountability sounds like to a man who has heard every version of it before.

Men coming from incarceration and street-level addiction know immediately whether you've been there. Daniel has.

How It Works

Forged works three areas every man has to address: Health, Wealth, and Relationships. You move through five levels in each. Your tier is your lowest spoke — a man who is strong in one area and avoiding another does not advance. The program is honest about the whole picture.

Every man starts with Prove. One week. Two tasks. No partial credit. You either did both or you didn't.

01

Health

Sobriety, mental clarity, and physical foundation. Where most men start. Five levels built on what you actually do — not how you feel about it.

02

Wealth

Employment, income, and financial ground. Not ambition for its own sake — stability that removes the pressure that drives men back to the things that cost them everything.

03

Relationships

The ones you're repairing, the ones worth protecting, and the one you have with yourself. Includes men who stayed too long in something damaging and men who have never been able to build something lasting.

Membership

$97 / month

or $797 / year

No hidden fees. The Next Man contribution is built into the base rate — you are already funding access for the man behind you.

If cost is a barrier, note it on your application. The guide will raise it on your intake call and tell you what your options are.

No man is turned away without being told explicitly what is available to him.

The Next Man

Every paying member funds access for the man who can't afford it yet. It's built into the base fee — nothing extra to opt into, no one you're paired with. The contributions pool, and the program directs them to men who are ready but can't pay their own way in.

A man who comes in on a sponsored seat is expected — not required — to pay it forward once he's on solid ground. Most do.

If cost is the only thing between you and the program, note it on your application. We'll tell you what your options are.

The road is open. Walk it.

Admission is by application. The application takes about 15 minutes. If you're accepted, you'll hear from us within 48 hours.
